Change the background colors of the panels in Site Settings. Edit Style Sheet and change the 'background-color' for LeftPane, ContenPane, RightPane, etc. When you change the background color of a panel, then the new color will be apply to all pages containing that panel. Currently, there is not an individual page override for panel background color.
